Our preferred shipper is UPS. Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Orders received on Friday may ship that day or the following Monday.
We purchase products from suppliers who stock the products offered. Once an order is shipped we will email you a confirmation number if you have provided us an email address.

International Orders
International Customers: We will gladly ship our products to International customers and dealers. Please note that prices are in US$ and do not include customs/duty fees which are the responsibility of the customer. International orders may require an additional day before shipment. Outside of the United States, we ship to Canada and most countries where permitted. It is the responsibility of any international customer to claim a value to their own customs service and pay any associated duties. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes and brokerage fees on all orders. CellularSue Ltd. is NOT responsible for delivery delays caused by Customs. Orders cannot be cancelled, refused or returned because of customs duties, taxes or brokerage fees. By placing an order with CellularSue Ltd. all international customers state that they are aware of the customs duties, taxes and brokerage fees for all packages shipped to their country. International Warranty Information: The products we sell are warranted in the US. In order to receive warranty service, you will likely need to send the product back to the US. Typically, you will be responsible for shipping charges both ways.
Product Liability
The maximum product liability to CellularSue Ltd. arising from any products sold through this website, shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall CellularSue Ltd., its owners, directors, officers, employees or agents be liable for damages related to product sold. Any legal action against CellularSue Ltd. shall be governed by the laws of Colorado.
Returns
If your product becomes defective within the first fifteen (15) days after the invoice date, you may return it for replacement, subject to manufacturer restrictions, with no restocking fee. All non-defective returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase cost of the item. Before returning any item, you must contact us by phone (970-925-2011) or via email, with an explanation for the Return request to: info@cellularsue.com within fifteen days of your invoice date for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will reply with return shipping directions. After fifteen days from the invoice date, you must contact the manufacturer directly for warranty-related issues. No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. In order to receive full credit, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid; we suggest insured shipping through a traceable means (US Post Office with Delivery Confirmation, UPS, FedEx). All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT PACKAGING AS THE RETURN SHIPPING CONTAINER – DOUBLE BOX YOUR SHIPMENT WITH THE RMA ON THE OUTER BOX. DO NOT WRITE ON THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE OR THE UPC CODE. PRODUCT MUST BE IN ORIGINAL (NEW) CONDITION WITH NO SCRATCHES, GOUGES, ETC. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit. All items being returned must be shipped to the address provided to you within 5 business days of receipt of your RMA number and return instructions. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or complete forfeiture of your credit. All non-defective returns for credit or exchange are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and must be completed within 15 days of the invoice date.
Exchanges
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, contact us to obtain an RMA, Return Merchandise Authorization number and request a replacement within 15 days of your original purchase date. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item (20% restocking fee applies on all opened merchandise) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing a new order.
Damaged Merchandise
We are not responsible for accidental damage to merchandise. All items are inspected prior to shipment and are shipped insured. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by fire, theft, disappearance, misplacement, reckless, abusive, willful or intentional conduct, or damage or loss caused during shipment between you and CellularSue Ltd. If your package shows damage from shipping, you must contact the carrier immediately to return the unopened package to the carrier. DO NOT RETURN THE PACKAGE TO US, but do contact us and let us know that there is a problem so that we may follow up on your behalf with the carrier.
